Terms of Use

The rules for using the Doin Glow app and this website, in plain words.

Agreeing to these terms

By downloading or using Doin Glow, or using this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

Doin Glow is built by Asad and published by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia (“we”, “us”).

What Doin Glow does

Doin Glow is an iPhone app for skincare and self-care routines. It shows routines on the lock screen with Apple's Live Activities so you can tick steps without opening the app, and offers step timers, skin cycling, reminders, a wishlist, history and backups.

Doin Glow is a personal self-care tool. It is not meant for critical, medical, safety or time-critical uses.

Not medical advice

  • Skin tips are general information. They are not a diagnosis or treatment. Patch-test new products and follow the instructions on them.
  • Doin Glow does not replace a doctor or dermatologist. If you have a skin reaction or any health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

Price and purchases

Doin Glow is free to download and has no ads. Some features may be offered as an optional paid upgrade (Doin Glow Pro), sold only through Apple's In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. A one-time (lifetime) purchase is paid once and does not renew.
  • Restore Purchases in the app brings back what you bought on the same Apple account.
  • Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under its terms. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your licence to use Doin Glow

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Doin Glow on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Apple's terms

Doin Glow is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, Apple's agreement wins for the app.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it.

Your data

Everything you add is stored only on your iPhone, and you are responsible for it. Because we have no copy, we cannot recover anything you delete, or anything lost if you delete the app or lose your device. Back up your iPhone, or use Export Backup in the app, if you want to keep your data.

Rules of use

  • Use the Service lawfully and only for personal use.
  • Do not try to break, overload or misuse the Service or this website.
  • Do not use the Doin Glow name, logo or content to suggest we endorse you or your product.

iOS features and limits

Doin Glow relies on iOS features such as Live Activities, widgets, notifications and Face ID. Apple controls how these work and may change them. For example, iOS keeps a Live Activity on the lock screen for up to 8 hours, a step timer cannot update the card once its countdown ends, and reminders only appear if notifications are allowed. We cannot guarantee a feature will behave the same on every device or iOS version.

Our content

The Doin Glow name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Service as described here.

No guarantees

We work to keep Doin Glow reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or that reminders and timers will always be on time.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed routines, lost data, or decisions you make based on the Service, including decisions about your skin or health. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Doin Glow at any time by deleting the app (and cancelling any subscription in your Apple account). We may change, suspend or stop offering the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Kragujevac, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
